Terms of Service

By creating a ReferLift account or using any part of the ReferLift (Wonzly Rewards) program you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The program is operated by Wonzly ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the program.

We may update these terms as the program evolves; the date below always shows the current version, and material changes are announced by email and in The ReferLift Weekly.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may hold exactly ONE account, tied to one person and one device. Creating multiple accounts, sharing devices between accounts, or registering on behalf of someone else is prohibited and will void all earnings.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us at rewards@wonzly.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

ReferLift is open to everyone. You may join directly at any time with no invitation or referral code required. If you choose to join through a partner's personal invite link, your account will be associated with their community.

A referral reward is earned only when a new member joins through your personal link AND verifies their email address. Until email verification is complete, no points or rewards are issued. Email verification is also required before submitting bounties or requesting reward redemptions.

Every verified member earns a flat Rs. 2.50 immediately for every verified direct referral they bring to ReferLift, starting from their very first invite. There are no qualification delays, no tier ladders, and no locked earnings.

Reward rates are credited directly to your account balance once an invited friend completes email verification. Milestone bonuses are awarded when invited members reach key lifetime redemption milestones. We reserve the right to adjust or void rewards for fraudulent, duplicate, or bot-driven accounts.

Points are a platform progress metric, hold no cash value, and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred.

All verified members may participate in creator bounties: publish an original article or guide (300+ words, published publicly on a recognized platform, mentioning ReferLift with your personal referral link) or an original video (published publicly with visible view metrics and your referral link).

Submissions are reviewed by the ReferLift team. We approve original, high-quality content and reject duplicate, low-effort, AI-spam, or misleading material. Verified rewards are credited directly to your account balance upon editorial approval.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs. 500 and the maximum withdrawal limit is Rs. 5,000 per request. Payout methods are Easypaisa and JazzCash (Payoneer for global members) — the destination details you enter must be yours and must match the account holder. Every request is reviewed and paid manually, normally within 1–2 business days; you'll see its status (in review, completed, rejected) with a tracking reference in the payouts page.

A rejected request is refunded to your balance in full. Common rejection reasons: unverifiable identity, mismatched payout account, suspected fraudulent activity connected with the balance, or a violation of these terms. We may request ID verification before processing large or unusual payouts.

You carry sole responsibility for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes due on your earnings.

Self-referrals (inviting yourself through other emails or devices), paid or incentivized sign-ups, bot / fake / duplicated traffic, misleading people about what ReferLift pays, spamming links, scraping the site, attempting to game the reward engine, and submitting other people's content as bounties are all prohibited.

We may reverse balances, withhold pending payouts, and permanently ban accounts that break these rules — including clawing back completed payouts obtained through abuse.

We can suspend an account while investigating a rule violation and terminate it if the violation is confirmed. Balances on terminated accounts are void to the extent they came from prohibited conduct; legitimately earned amounts may be paid at our discretion.

You can stop using the program at any time; pending withdrawals that were already requested will still be processed or rejected under these terms.

The program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and program numbers (rates, targets, bonuses) may change; the numbers in force at the time of each event apply to that event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonzly's aggregate liability to you is limited to the balance legitimately standing on your account at the time the liability arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Wonzly's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
